Liu Bei

Liu Bei, courtesy name Xuande (玄德) , was a warlord who
founded the state of Shu Han (蜀漢) in 221 during the
Three Kingdoms period and became its first emperor.
The dynasty that he founded, however, never expanded
much beyond Sichuan and lasted only until 263/264.

In Three Kingdoms, he is often known as Guan Yu
and Zhang Fei's eldest oath brother.
