HEAD OF STATES STAMPS

A collection of postal covers on "Head of States" by Johnny Lowis, a Singaporean philatelist. I try my best to include all the worldwide countries. As I started this collection quite late, somewhere in 2000, so some of the earlier leader were missed out such as Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gadaffi, Shah Pahlevi, etc..... Ma Ying-jeou is a Taiwanese politician

who served as the 6th president of the

Republic of China (Taiwan) from 2008

to 2018. He was re-elected in 2012.

Ma's term as president saw warmer

relations with Mainland China. He became the

first ROC Head of State to meet with a

Communist Party General Secretary when

he met Xi Jinping in Singapore

in November 2015.
