HEAD OF STATES STAMPS

A collection of postal covers on "Head of States" by Johnny Lowis, a Singaporean philatelist. I try my best to include all the worldwide countries. As I started this collection quite late, somewhere in 2000, so some of the earlier leader were missed out such as Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gadaffi, Shah Pahlevi, etc..... Mahmoud Abbas, also called Abu Mazen أَبُو مَازِن‎ , is

he second President of the State of Palestine

since 2005.

Tough he was elected to a four-year term, he

remained in office for much longer, as elections

for his replacement were repeatedly put off.
