HEAD OF STATES STAMPS

A collection of postal covers on "Head of States" by Johnny Lowis, a Singaporean philatelist. I try my best to include all the worldwide countries. As I started this collection quite late, somewhere in 2000, so some of the earlier leader were missed out such as Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gadaffi, Shah Pahlevi, etc.....
