A collection of postal covers on "Head of States" by Johnny Lowis, a Singaporean philatelist. I try my best to include all the worldwide countries. As I started this collection quite late, somewhere in 2000, so some of the earlier leader were missed out such as Saddam Hussein, Muamar Gadaffi, Shah Pahlevi, etc.....
All the stamps in this collection are genuine and each cover is dedicated to a single person only.

(1905 - 1993)
Yen Chia-kan was a Taiwanese politician. He
succeeded Chiang Kai-shek as the 2nd President
of the Republic of China on 5 April 1975, and served
out of the remainder of Chiang's term until 22 May 1978.
